__Physical Activities__

Physical activities is a very important thing in our life.Because do more physical activities you can get more and more healthy and strong.Do physical activities can make your blood more smooth and flow more fast.So I often do physical activities to keep fit and loss weight.

I often play basketball with our friends.Because the age of us almost like playing basketball.Basketball is a very interesting.I often play it with Gary.We are good friends and Opponent.We trained for shooting the basket,dribbling for 1 hour everyday and played with other players on the playground for 1 hour. We trained together for 7 times a week together and we have took a lot of photos to improve our physical-activity.

I need run around my house to keep fit sometimes.I do not like running.Because I feel tired with my heavy body.So I do not pay many times to run.

I often help my mother do housework.I think my mother is very busy.She must do some work in her office for money.So I think I can do something I can do to help my mother.

I think physical activities is very good.If I do more activities I will be more positive and healthy.
