__Physical Activities (2)__

I should do physical activities to practise myself and keep fit.So I try my best to do this activities.


This is my physical activities log.

This photo is before I play tennis.


This photo is when I finish play tennis.I feel very tired.


This two picture ae about my basketball skill.I love play basketball at home and it can help me do not get fat when I after supper.






Physical activities is a big name that include many kind of activities.Such as basketball, tennis, badminton,soccer and so on.My favourite activities is basketball.And I always play basketball with my firends at school.Sometimes at home by myself.
Physical activities is very good to keep fit.But I was alwaysvery busy and do not have time to do activities.So I can not lose weight until now.
I think if I can spend less time on play computer games.Can I do more activities?The answer is "yes"! So I think I should spend more time on doing activities instead of palying computer games.I can losse weight and do not always ill or I can eat less madicine.It is good for my health and I can live long.
Physical activities is also very good it can help us get high marks in PE class.I can do more things at home.So I can finish many things that were all very hard to do in PE class.So I can get high marks.
Now,I know many good ways that to do physical activities.I think I can do more and better.
